About the Cover
The 150th birthday of the great Croatian scientist Andrija Mohorovi warranted much celebration in his native land, including the commemorative stamp shown on the cover of this SRL. Mohorovi is best-known for his contributions to seismology, including his famous discovery of the crust-mantle boundary subsequently dubbed the Moho, but his scientific career began in meteorology. Read about Mohorovi, his science, and how Zagreb has been celebrating his sesquicentennial in the debut of the new SRL column, Historical Seismologist, beginning on page 671.
