About the Cover
In keeping with our year-long recognition of 100 Years of the Seismological Society of America, the cover of Seismological Research Letters volume 77, number 5, features historical photos of the founding members of the Society, putting faces with names such as Reid and Richter, Lawson and Louderback, names that are associated with the foundations of modern earthquake science as well as the foundations of SSA. The photos are excerpted from the SSA 100th Anniversary Calendar, complied by Bill Rinehart.
